5. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. We ship via USPS within the United States only.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Delivery times vary based on your location and are estimates, not guarantees.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss transfers to you once the package is handed off to the carrier.

6. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for unopened, unused products. To initiate a return, please contact us at beautytrulyyou@gmail.com.

Once we receive your return, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

If your product arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with a photo. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund.

We do not accept returns on opened or used products unless they arrived damaged or defective.
